    Bylaws state - “terms of office commence at noon on the first Monday in January”. This requires each new term of service or reappointment term begin on the first Monday in January, and end the day before that.

    Oversee care of grounds, sell plots and maintain records of burials, secure liability insurance, provide annual audit materials and submit annual report to State Controllers Office.
