The creative community of Sonoma County is a powerful economic force and vibrant asset. Creative Sonoma was established to bring together and advance the individuals, organizations and enterprises in Sonoma County whose work is grounded in the economic and cultural values derived from creativity. Creative Sonoma will foster communication and collaboration within the creative community and encourage and empower the stakeholders in its success.

  • Duties

    Act in an advisory capacity to Creative Sonoma and the Board of Supervisors in matters pertaining to the policies and business of Creative Sonoma.

  • Membership Composition

    No more than 11 members including a broad representation of community leaders maintaining a balanced geographic representation from across the County.
    Creative Sonoma staff shall solicit and review all qualified applicants for submittal, review, and final approval of the Creative Sonoma Advisory Board. Appointments listed in accordance with Maddyact GOV Code 54970

  • Meeting Schedule

    Meets first Wednesdays bi-monthly, January through November. In months when meetings occur during the week of a major holiday (New Years Day, 4th of July), the meeting is moved to the second Wednesday.
