Mark West Area Municipal Advisory Council

(a) Attend and participate in meetings of the MWAMAC (b) Study and analyze appropriate material submitted (c) Keep the Fourth District Supervisor informed of any necessary planning-related issues (d) Serve on such subcommittees as may be designated by the MWAMAC (e ) Advise applicants of project issues and concerns (f) Vote on advisory recommendations or motions made by members of the MWAMAC (g) Engage with community members to gauge community sentiment.

Seven (7) members appointed by the Board of Supervisors as nominated in accordance with the Membership clause of Resolution 16-0231. Two (2) Mark West Chamber of Commerce appointees, One (1) Mark West Unified School of Commerce appointees, One (1) Fulton area appointee, and Three (3) At Large appointees. as Five members appointed by the Board of Supervisors. All members must reside within the referral area.
