  • Duties

    Conduct hearings on Assessment Appeals

  • Membership Composition

    Three members and three alternates - must have a minimum of five years professional experience in this state as one of the following: certified public accountant or public accountant, licensed real estate broker, attorney, property appraiser accredited by a nationally recognized professional organization, or a property appraiser certified by the Office of Real Estate Appraisers, or a property appraiser certified by the State Board of Equalization.

  • Meeting Schedule

    Generally first Friday of each month, or as specially announced to accommodate increased hearing load. Meetings are held at the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors Chambers, 575 Administration Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.

  • Compensation

    $125/half day and $250/full day per salary reso 95-0926, amended 6/12/19
